REFUND POLICY

We strive for the satisfaction of every one of our customers. Please see our returns policy below.

Food item returns not accepted

All food sales are final. We do not accept returns on food items including chili sauces.

Return of non-food items

If you are not satisfied with a product other than food, you may return it in an unused condition. The items and all packaging and any other materials shipped with the item must be included in the return. Please fill out the return form. You are responsible for return postage for items or packages you do not want after it has been shipped.

  • If it is Priority or First Class: You can refuse it and just drop it back in the mail (write “Refused” on the unopened package).  Or, repackage and pay for return shipping.

  • If it is Parcel Post: You have to ship the items back, paying postage. It must be shipped via Parcel Post through the USPS. If you “refuse” the package, it will be thrown away by the post office, and you will not be issued the refund.

  • If it is UPS/FedEx: You can send it back using that service, or via the USPS if you do not have easy access to a UPS/FedEx store.

Upon receipt of the item at Me’s Way, we will examine your returned package and process your refund accordingly. You will be refunded the original cost of the purchased items, minus any coupons or discounts you used. Shipping is not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged items

If your product arrives damaged, please reply to your order confirmation email with pictures of your damaged goods and we will replace the damaged item(s) at no charge to you.
